TW Developments carries out CAT A and CAT B fit outs, refurbishments and refreshes for retail, restaurant, hospitality and office clients. We work directly with brands and their designers, as well as with landlords and main contractors on shell-and-core hand-overs.

Our teams cover partitions, ceilings and finishes, bespoke joinery and shopfitting, MEP coordination, kitchen and bar installations, feature lighting and specialist decoration. We're set up to work in live retail schemes, out-of-hours in occupied offices, and to hit the fixed opening dates that retail and hospitality projects live and die by.

Every project runs to a clear programme with a single point of contact, weekly reporting and a rigorous approach to snagging so the space is ready to trade on day one.
